Key Responsibilities
*
Operate CNC plasma‑cutting and burning equipment
*
Load and secure raw materials onto the cutting table
*
Read and interpret blueprints, cut lists, and measurement specifications
*
Adjust machine settings, torch height, speed, and consumables as needed
*
Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy and quality
*
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and consumable replacement
*
Inspect finished parts for defects, warping, or measurement deviations
*
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
*
Assist with material handling, staging, and workflow support
*
Document completed work, production counts, and machine logs
Qualifications
*
Experience operating CNC plasma tables, burning machines, or similar cutting equipment
*
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)
*
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fabrication processes
*
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
*
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
*
Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
