Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment within the nightclub or bar setting; respond swiftly to any issues or incidents.
- Assist with catering events or banquet service when required, providing seamless beverage service in diverse settings.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; capable of cashiering and basic retail math calculations.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
- Skilled in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety protocols and legal requirements.
- Effective time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Familiarity with food handling, food safety standards, and proper beverage preparation techniques.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
