Responsibilities

- Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress regularly through assessments, standardized testing, and performance data analysis to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians through regular updates on student performance and behavior.
- Integrate educational technology tools and learning technology platforms to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop curriculum implementation strategies and share best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience teaching elementary school students with strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation across multiple subjects.
- Ability to adapt instruction based on individual learning styles and student progress monitoring data.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, childhood behavior management techniques, and special education practices.
- Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, standardized testing procedures, and literacy education standards.
- Experience integrating educational technology tools such as interactive whiteboards, learning management systems, and digital resources.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records related to student performance data and lesson plans.
