Responsibilities
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients and basic cooking assistance under supervision
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support catering and banquet events by preparing and selling dishes to specificactions
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety practices is advantageous
- Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus
