Job Description
Your Role: The Architect of Lasting Recovery
As a Physical Therapist, you will design and deliver the rehabilitation that turns a successful procedure into lasting function. Working hand-in-hand with our clinical team, you will help patients rebuild strength, restore mobility, and protect the long-term durability of their results following our non-surgical orthopedic treatments.
Why You Will Thrive With Us
This position is designed for clinicians who want to practice at the top of their license without the burnout.
- Unparalleled Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties, no nights, and no weekends. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules.
- Treat, Don't Triage: A focused patient population and a non-opioid model let you spend your time on hands-on care, not paperwork.
- Practice Care, Not Administration: Our cash-pay model means no prior authorizations, no visit caps, and no fighting with insurance companies. Your plan of care is yours to build.
- A Professional Environment: Our clinics are located in modern, comfortable, Class A office spaces with the equipment you need to do the work well.
- Stability & Growth: Join a stable, wholly-owned company with a clear vision for nationwide expansion, offering real opportunities for professional growth.
About Us
We are a premier, wholly-owned network of clinics headquartered in Tampa, specializing in non-surgical solutions for chronic knee, hip, and shoulder pain. With locations across Florida and a growing presence in Atlanta, we are expanding nationwide. Our direct-pay model eliminates insurance bureaucracy, allowing clinicians to focus entirely on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
Job Responsibilities
- Build Individualized Plans of Care: Evaluate patients post-procedure and design rehabilitation programs targeting strength, range of motion, and functional return for the treated joint.
- Deliver Hands-On Treatment: Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities appropriate to each patient's stage of recovery.
- Deliver Care Across Settings: Conduct evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress checks both in-clinic and via telehealth, matching the visit type to each patient's needs and stage of recovery.
- Track & Optimize Outcomes: Use standardized functional assessments to measure progress, document healing milestones, and flag any concerns requiring physician consultation.
- Educate & Coach: Teach patients their home exercise programs, set realistic recovery expectations, and keep them engaged through the full rehabilitation timeline.
- Coordinate Ongoing Care: Communicate patient status to the clinical team, recommend additional treatment when indicated, and facilitate referrals as needed.
- Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all evaluations and treatment encounters in our EMR system.
Qualifications
- Credentials: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program (DPT, MPT/MSPT, or equivalent).
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Florida or Georgia (or ability to obtain one).
- Core Skills: Strong clinical reasoning paired with excellent communication. You must be comfortable with patient education, managing expectations, and providing reassurance throughout the recovery process.
- Experience: Previous experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, post-surgical rehabilitation, or chronic pain populations is highly valued. Familiarity with knee, hip, and shoulder rehabilitation is a plus.
- Telehealth Proficiency: Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual visits, and using technology to stay connected with patients throughout their recovery.
