We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Assistant Director to lead and oversee our early childhood education programs. In this vital role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Job description:
Candidate MUST have Early Childhood Management experience and advanced knowledge of Pennsylvania Office of Licensing regulations and the Federal Food Program.
Compensation: $50,000-55,000 and a monthly profitability bonus

As One of Our Happy Center Leaders You Will:
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion for making a difference in the lives of children and employees by creating an environment of trust and rapport and easily relates to diverse groups of people.
- Oversee student files, staff files, and PA licensing requirements.
- Maintains the physical center environment and all health/safety standard operating procedures are always in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Overseeing and developing program curriculum.
- Monitoring and improving new and current teaching methods.
- Ensuring the center is always fully staffed with high performing teachers by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. This includes physically supporting classroom routines and practices.
- Guiding our teachers by using their passion for learning to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to drive the curriculum, making TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
- Supports with delivering consistent business results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth, and business operations.
- Educating families and the community about the TLE curriculum and the benefits.
Apply Now If You:
- Two or more years of center leadership experience required.
- Two or more years of experience with developing program curriculum.
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.
