Responsibilities
- Manage the entire billing cycle, including submission of claims, follow-up on unpaid or denied claims, and reconciliation of payments using billing software and dynamic ERP software
- Assist customers with billing questions.
- Communicate with team members the status of customer issues when they arrive.
- Keep our cash flow healthy by keeping accounts up to date.
- Act as a helpful guide for clients with billing questions or late payments.
Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
