What You'll Be Doing
Climbing Areas
-
Vacuum carpeted rope mats nightly; place any found items at the front desk
-
Dust mop, wet mop, and disinfect upstairs vinyl bouldering pads using a treated mop
-
Return bouldering brushes to wall holders after each shift
-
Dust mop, wet mop, and disinfect all concrete floors and hard-surfaced mats; vacuum carpeted mats
-
Wipe out boot trays at front doors and in bathrooms
-
Wipe down windows in the bouldering area and stairwell landing nightly
Fitness & Yoga Spaces
-
Dust mop, wet mop, and disinfect all hard-surfaced floors; move and replace light equipment
-
Vacuum the orange carpet in the yoga studio
-
Wipe down all fitness equipment in both the downstairs and upstairs spaces
-
Clean mirrors in the fitness room and yoga studio
Office Areas
-
Vacuum all carpeted floors; mop all hard-surfaced floors
-
Spot clean furniture and file cabinets to remove streaks, stains, and fingermarks
-
Empty all wastebaskets and replace liners as needed
Restrooms
-
Sweep, wet mop, and disinfect restroom floors; wipe dry to remove water marks
-
Clean and polish all mirrors, metal fixtures, dispensers, and bright work
-
Scour and disinfect all ceramic fixtures (toilets, urinals) including hard-to-reach areas
-
Wash both sides of toilet seats with germicidal solution; leave seats in upright position
-
Remove all waste and sanitary napkins; replace liners in all receptacles
-
Restock toilet tissue, seat covers, soap, hand lotion, and paper towel dispensers
Trash Removal

Empty all trash receptacles throughout the facility; transport all debris to the designated dumpster
Monthly Tasks (rotating)

Wipe baseboards and all horizontal surfaces with treated cloth
-
Spot clean walls throughout the facility
-
Scrub and disinfect restroom floors; clean and disinfect floor drains
-
Damp wipe all metal toilet partitions and tiled walls with germicidal solution; wipe dry
What We're Looking For
-
Reliable — you show up on time, every shift, no excuses
-
Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss and take pride in a clean finished product
-
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout a 4-hour shift
-
Comfortable working independently in a facility after hours
-
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we will train the right person
-
Must be able to pass a background check
-
Must be authorized to work in the United States
