Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to guests, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating their progress
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive and effective care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians, and accurately document patient care and related activities
Educate guests and their families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to measure and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, medication lists, and treatment plans

Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Solid understanding of nursing principles, theories, and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
