Position Overview
As a DME Fitter & Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive properly fitted medical equipment and a seamless care experience. This position combines patient interaction, technical skill, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit, adjust, and educate patients on the proper use of durable medical equipment (DME), braces, and related products
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage DME delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Verify patient information and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and ordering DME supplies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinical teams, and administrative staff to meet patient needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to patient inquiries
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to DME services
- Travel to assigned locations as needed; reliable transportation required
- Perform additional related duties as needed

Compensation & Schedule
- $20 per hour
- Part-time: 24 hours per week
- 1099 independent contractor position

- Hainesport, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Toms River, NJ
- East Orange, NJ; Bayonne, NJ
- One floater position covering multiple locations as needed
Pay: $20.00 per hour
