At Complex Family Law Litigation Advocacy PLLC, we take family law seriously… just not ourselves. We handle messy, complicated cases that make everyone else’s heads spin, and we do it with brains, guts, and maybe a little humor and kindness to our clients when they really need it most. Our support staff are the superheros of family law—super skilled, super efficient, and definitely worth bragging about. And now, we’re looking for another full-time attorney to join the team.
The Job (What You’ll Actually Do):
- Fight for clients in divorce, custody, and other family law battles (the courtroom kind, not the Game of Thrones kind… usually)
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal paperwork that makes the other side cry
- Show up in court and be heroic in person
- Work closely with our world-class staff and fellow attorneys to strategize, collaborate, and occasionally exchange witty banter
- Keep clients sane while navigating the chaos
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Washington State Bar License (because, yes, the law matters)
- pay will depend on your experience
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills—like a chess master, but with subpoenas
- Excellent communicator (written, verbal, and preferably able to interpret emojis in client texts)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into the trenches of complex cases
