Field Operations Leader – Route Service Business
We are a growing commercial service company seeking an Service Manager to lead field operations and manage a team of service technicians.
This role owns daily execution of the business — routes, technicians, service quality, installs, and operational discipline.
This is not a desk supervisor position. We are looking for someone who can lead technicians, solve problems quickly, and maintain operational standards in a route-based service environment.
What You’ll Own
- Managing and coaching field technicians
- Ensuring all service routes are completed on schedule
- Overseeing installs, repairs, and equipment setup
- Conducting ride-alongs and quality inspections
- Monitoring route performance and adjusting schedules
- Maintaining operational discipline and accountability
- Coordinating with leadership on operational planning

- Can manage routes, logistics, and technician performance

Preferred Background
Experience in route-based service industries, such as:
- Facilities services
- Pest control
- Commercial cleaning
- HVAC service
- Uniform / linen service
- Field service operations
Schedule
Typical hours:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This role requires being present during technician dispatch and service hours.
