Solar Energy Systems is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team building custom prewired electrical boards for RV manufacturers. These boards are built specifically for RV applications and include Victron and other electrical components. The finished product is a clean, organized, plug-and-play electrical system designed for RV production.
This is primarily an independent position, so reliability, organization, and the ability to stay focused and on task are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire custom electrical boards
- Install, connect, and program Victron components
- Run and organize wiring between components
- Build battery cables
- Measure and cut wire
- Follow layouts and wiring diagrams carefully
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure accuracy and quality in every build
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to stay focused and work efficiently
- Basic electrical or wiring experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate interdepartmentally with: OEM Sales, Tech Support, and Purchasing
- Experience with RV, solar, 12V, or Victron systems is a plus, but willing to train the right person
