Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented High Security Fence Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of fencing systems, ensuring safety, precision, and quality in every project. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your construction skills, and contribute to beautiful, functional, & high-security landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine fencing requirements and layout.
- Prepare the worksite by clearing areas, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately to ensure proper alignment and placement.
- Use hand tools such as hammers, post drivers, levels, and tape measures to install fence posts, panels, gates, and related components.
- Operate power tools including drills, saws, and welding equipment to assemble fencing materials securely.
- Dig post holes using augers or manual tools; set posts in concrete or other foundations for stability.
- Perform heavy lifting of fencing materials and equipment safely throughout the installation process.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines.
- Assist with landscape maintenance or hardscape projects as needed to complement fencing work.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience with a focus on high-security fencing installation, such as Ameristar, Impasse II or Matrix fencing preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining proper safety procedures.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Experience installing Ameristar, Impasse, and Matrix commercial fencing systems, including layout, post installation, panel alignment, gate installation, and hardware assembly.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
