Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and support financial analysis and reporting for projects and regional expenditures
- Assist in generating financial reports using historical and current data to analyze cost and revenue trends
- Support the fiscal feasibility analysis of proposed programs and projects
- Conduct research and prepare analyses on resource management, cost control, and fiscal planning
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis
- Contribute to the development of budget proposals and budget narratives for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Support the preparation of project and regional financial forecasts
- Assist in automating financial management reports and integrating systems with accounting platforms
- Analyze and review fiscal data, including direct and indirect allocations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of department or business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related functions
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data and reporting
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong research and analytical thinking skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment
