AutoCare Anywhere is building something long term, and we're looking for the right person to help build it with us.
We are a premium mobile detailing company serving Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Highland Park, and University Park.
This is a hybrid 1099 contractor opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities through hustle and initiative.
This Position Is NOT:
- Hourly
- Salary based
- Remote customer service
- A work-from-home position
- A role where leads are handed to you
This Position IS:
- Performance based
- Relationship driven
- Hybrid (local field work plus phone follow up)

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local businesses and referral partners
- Visit apartments, real estate offices, body shops, tint shops, and dealerships
- Network within the community
- Generate your own opportunities
- Follow up with prospects
- Help convert qualified customers into booked appointments
Compensation
Paid only after completed services.
Current payouts:
Showroom Reset — $35
Interior Restoration — $35
Executive Full Detail — $60
Paint Restoration System — $110
Ceramic Protection Installation — $170
No cap on earnings.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Self motivated
- Comfortable speaking with people face to face
- Willing to work independently
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Important
All new team members begin with a 30-day trial period.
Our goal during the first 30 days is 15-20 booked appointments.
This position is best suited for someone who wants to help build something great over time rather than simply collect a paycheck.
Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour
