Masis Staffing has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Forklift Operator to start ASAP.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
- Working on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
- Making every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Working cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and production goals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Following all safety guidelines and reporting safety concerns to management.
- Working overtime as needed, including weekends.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification must be available.
- Production, sorting, shipping, and receiving experience is required.
- Willingness to consistently follow all safety guidelines.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts while standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends, as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Start time: 5:00 AM
- Must be flexible to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
- $17.00 per hour
