Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records and files
Assist with scheduling, including coordinating appointments and procedures for patients
Greets patients, families, and visitors, and provides exceptional customer service
Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion
Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication
