Facility Services Unlimited (FSU) is hiring a General Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time position based out of Schertz, Texas.
As a General Laborer, you'll assist our crews with a variety of commercial maintenance projects throughout Texas. Duties may include pressure washing, parking lot maintenance, equipment setup, facility repairs, general cleanup, and other hands-on labor as needed.
Travel to job sites throughout Texas may be required depending on project needs, including occasional overnight stays. Company vehicles, paid travel time, hotel accommodations, and per diem are provided for qualifying travel assignments.
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in doing quality work, and are willing to travel when needed. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train motivated candidates.
Responsibilities
- Assist crews with commercial maintenance and repair projects.
- Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
- Perform general labor duties at commercial job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to perform physically demanding work and lift at least 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willing to travel to job sites as needed, including occasional overnight assignments.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Construction, maintenance, warehouse, landscaping, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
What We Offer

- Typical schedule of 38–40 hours per week, with overtime available based on workload.
