We are a premium cosmetic dental platform entering a major growth phase in 2026. The business is executing a disciplined expansion strategy for 2026 and beyond through conversion optimization, operational excellence, and premium patient experience.
We are seeking a DENTAL Practice Manager to support the operational and revenue of the business.
The successful candidate will be a proven dental operator with demonstrated experience scaling high-ticket cosmetic and/or implant practices, driving KPI-led execution, building high-performing teams, and enforcing operating discipline. This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven manager who thrives in high-accountability environments.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
