Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a love for teaching and must be at least 18 years old. This role involves creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. Previous teaching experience is not required. The candidate must have good people skills. Students will range in ages 5 to adult.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards.
- Provide individualized support to students.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Qualifications
- Must be a knowledgable and proficient player of the instrument in various classical and contemporary styles.
- Must be well organized and dependable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
