As a Remote BCBA at The ITD Group, you will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support for ABA services delivered across Metro Atlanta—all from the comfort of your home office.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a remote work environment, is highly organized and self-motivated, excels at telehealth service delivery, and wants to be part of a supportive team that prioritizes quality over quantity.

Required:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Active Georgia LBA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery
Strong clinical skills in conducting FBAs and developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise, mentor, and train RBTs remotely
Proficiency with data collection systems and ABA software (Motivity experience preferred)
Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to BACB guidelines
Willingness and ability to complete thorough clinical documentation promptly and accurately
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred:
Experience providing remote/telehealth ABA supervision and parent coaching
Background in early intervention or working with young children with autism
Safety Care training certification
Experience with transdisciplinary team collaboration
Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) via telehealth and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Design and oversee skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social skills, daily living, and play
Provide remote supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff
Monitor client progress through data analysis and make data-driven treatment modifications
Conduct virtual parent training sessions and caregiver coaching via telehealth
Collaborate with families remotely, positioning them as active partners in their child's progress
Work collaboratively with our transdisciplinary team and Clinical Director through virtual meetings
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including comprehensive session notes documenting that medically necessary services were delivered in accordance with treatment plans
Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and ethical standards
Participate in regular virtual team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
