Job Summary
Order fulfillment positions are physical and fast paced. They involve continual grasping of items and sliding and lifting of packages. Order selectors work in a busy warehouse environment to accurately pick orders from locations and pack orders for shipment. They also work in a team environment with automation equipment to box and ship customer orders out in a timely fashion. Picker Packers may also be involved in packaging and other tasks that facilitate order fulfillment for Current customers.
Qualifications Required:
· Accuracy, attention to detail;
· Ability to work quickly;
· Positive attitude and work ethic;
· Ability to lift and grasp items and cartons up to 35 pounds.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Picking a variety of products from pick bins that will light up on Lightning Pick System and placing them in the correct box;
· Continuously tapping on the button to bring up next order;
· Able to keep up with the flow of boxes and picks;
· Participate in and perform the daily exercise program;
· Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
· Other duties as required.

Day Shift Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with frequent overtime in the busy season (generally August through December)
Pay rate $15.50 an hour
