This role provides direct support to our CEO, Angela, both professionally and personally. Angela leads a growing law firm while raising two children, ages 8 and 12. As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can create organization, anticipate needs, and become a trusted partner in both our business and family.
While this position includes responsibilities that support our family, you will be a full-time employee of Elliott Frazier Family Law and an important member of our team.

Primary Responsibilities
Family Operations
· Childcare and transportation
· Summer activity planning
· Homework support
· Family scheduling
· Helping children learn, grow, and become more independent
Executive Support
· Scheduling and calendar coordination
· Errands and logistics
· Administrative support
· Research and special projects
· Shipping, mail, and vendor coordination
Household Operations
· Household organization
· Travel preparation
· Vendor coordination
· Household logistics
· Organization projects

Position Requirements
· Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
· Access to a safe, reliable, and properly insured vehicle and willingness to use it for position responsibilities (approved business mileage reimbursed).
· Personal cell phone available for routine business communication.
· Comfortable adapting to changing priorities with a positive, flexible attitude.
· Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Employment Requirements
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a comprehensive background check.
