Are you passionate about history, people, and creating memorable guest experiences? The Atlanta History Center is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Engagement Ambassador (GEA) to welcome visitors and help bring the History Center’s stories, historic houses, exhibitions, and gardens to life. GEAs serve as an important part of the guest experience by providing friendly assistance, sharing information, supporting tours and programs, and helping guests make the most of their visit. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning, and working in a dynamic museum environment.
The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, adaptable, and comfortable working with the public. GEAs work collaboratively with other team members and may work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
