The Community & Family Engagement Coordinator is responsible for strengthening Chick-fil-A Rincon’s presence within the local community by planning and executing in-store family events, representing the restaurant at community gatherings, and fostering meaningful relationships with families, schools, and local organizations. This role works closely with Chick-fil-A Rincon leadership to create engaging experiences that reflect our culture of care and commitment to serving others.

Plan and execute small in-store events primarily geared toward children and families.

Develop event themes, activities, and preparation plans to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate all event logistics including materials, setup, and breakdown.

Ensure events reflect Chick-fil-A standards.

Represent Chick-fil-A Rincon at local schools, churches, festivals, and community events.

Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and organizations.

Act as a positive and professional brand ambassador in all public settings.

Support social media and content creation efforts related to community involvement and events.

Capture and share appropriate event highlights in alignment with brand standards.

Identify opportunities to increase community visibility and engagement.

Coordinate participation in multiple events per month (morning or evening shifts).

Weeknight and Saturday availability.

Utilize company vehicle for off-site events.

Assist with in-restaurant operations when events are not active.

Maintain organization and storage of event materials and supplies.

Demonstrate a passion for strengthening community partnerships and improving event execution.

Seek feedback and identify creative ways to enhance family engagement initiatives.

Proactively manage all assigned community engagement activities.

Maintain strong communication with guests, community partners, and leadership.

Oversee Team Members helping with events.

Coordinating and overseeing use of the Chick-fil-A cow mascot at events.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with families and children.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Interest in social media or content creation is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
