Salary Range: $20.00 per hour
NOTE: The hourly rate is a fixed entry rate for this position and applies to all new hires. While our system may display a pay range, this role’s starting rate is non-negotiable. Future pay increases are determined by performance, growth, and time in role, in accordance with our compensation policy.
Joining a new Wayfair store launch means being part of something special from Day 1. During the first several weeks, you will work alongside the team to help set up, organize, and prepare the store for opening, which will look different from your long-term day-to-day responsibilities. This hands-on, team-first experience helps bring our store to life and sets us up for success once we open our doors to the community and our customers.
As a member of the Visual team at Wayfair, you help bring our brand to life by creating an inspiring, polished, and welcoming in-store experience. You play a key role in executing visual merchandising standards, maintaining presentation excellence, and ensuring every customer interaction begins with a visually compelling environment. From seasonal floorsets and signage updates to daily merchandising upkeep, you help transform the store into a space that tells cohesive product stories and inspires customers to imagine possibilities for their home.
This role requires a strong eye for detail, creativity, organization, and the ability to execute consistently in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support visual priorities while collaborating closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure displays remain current, shoppable, and aligned with brand standards. Whether replenishing merchandise, styling displays, or supporting promotional updates, you help ensure the store always looks its best for every guest.
