American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT(CT) certification for a night shift contract position in Rio Rancho, NM.

CT Scan department in a hospital setting
-
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday through Monday
-
36 hours per week, 3 days per week
-
Floating between departments and/or local locations within 20 miles is required

Epic EMR experience preferred
-
Minimum of 2 years of current CT Technologist experience required

HS Diploma or GED required
-
ARRT(CT) certification required
-
Primary ARRT certification required
-
BLS certification required (must be from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute)

NM State License required (license required if applicable)

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Performs CT radiographs according to established practices and procedures
-
Responsibilities include reviewing exams for clinical appropriateness, prioritizing exams, and communicating critical findings effectively

A dosimeter (OSL or TLD) is required for radiation monitoring and must be provided prior to the start of the assignment

Former permanent staff of this facility must wait one year before being considered as a traveler
