Favorite Home Buyer is a fast-scaling real estate investment company that buys and wholesales homes directly from sellers who need speed, certainty, and a way out of a hard situation — probate, pre-foreclosure, tired landlords, inherited properties, divorce, relocation.
We solve those situations with cash offers, novations, and creative structures. We're active across Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and 22 additional markets nationwide, and we're expanding.
What You'll Be Doing
You're the first person a homeowner talks to when they need to sell. Your job is to be the most competent, most convincing voice they hear.
Day to day, you'll:
- Work 10+ inbound PPC leads per day ($15k+ month ad spend) — no cold-calling.
- Diagnose real seller motivation
- Comp out properties quickly on the phone (We will teach you).
- One call closing.
- Present numbers with conviction and handle objections.
- Get contracts signed
- Partner tightly with our dispo side so your deals actually get to the table
- Grit, Confidence, and Conviction - this is what is needed.
What We Need From You
- 2+ years of closing experience on the phone (real estate, solar, insurance, debt, roofing, high-ticket coaching — we care about the reps, not the industry)
- Real estate or wholesaling background is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach the business. We can't teach hunger.
- Elite phone presence — ask a hard question and negotiate offers into a deal.
- Self-management. This is remote — nobody is walking past your desk.
- Non-negotiable home office setup: hardwired high-speed internet, quiet dedicated workspace, dual monitors, USB headset. No cafés, no barking dogs, no roommates on speaker.
- Available for a consistent shift in U.S. Eastern Time, including some evenings and occasional Saturdays — whenever you can get your leads on the phone.
What You Can Expect (Real Numbers)
- Commission-first structure with a $2,000/month base training draw for your first 60 days while you ramp
- 20% commission per closed deal
- Average $4,000–$6,000 commission per closed deal
- Close 3 deals a month and you're at $150K+ annualized
- Our top closer runs 5–7 deals a month
- Heavy monthly marketing spend across Meta. You will not be prospecting for scraps.
- We want a small team of 4 agents on track for $150k+ each per year. We already have two.
- Uncapped. There is no ceiling and no territory cap.
