Spectrum Station Downtown is looking for several exceptional people to join our Spectrum family! Our center is looking for the following teachers & staff:
Part-time & Full-time Teachers & Closing Shifts - We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:
1. Full-Time Infant Teacher – This position would be assisting in our infant program (6 weeks-12 months) with providing a nurturing environment, basic introductory care needs including diapering, bottle feedings (food progression), assisting with sleep schedules, offering opportunities for language, motor skill and emotional development. The shift is 9am-6pm daily.
2. Full-Time Toddler Teacher - We have a position available in our toddler program (12-24months) that would be assisting with providing basic care needs including diapering, offering opportunities for continued language and social/emotional development, implementation of an appropriate curriculum in a fun, nurturing environment. The full position is from 9am-6pm daily. Experience in a toddler classroom is preferred!
3. Full-Time Twos Teacher - We have a position available in our two year old program that would be assisting with education, potty training, social emotional development/positive interactions with peers & basic care needs. The full position is from 9-6 daily. Experience in a twos classroom is preferred!
4. Full-Time & Part-Time Substitute/Float Teacher - This position would have the opportunity to assist in all age groups from infants to PreK. Candidates must be able to work cooperatively with others throughout the center and have experience in multiple age groups. Hours will vary depending on the shift needed each day.
Shift Hours Vary (Unless Otherwise Specified) - We are open 6am to 6pm.
Required: Love of children, willingness to learn, team player mentality, reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude
Preferred: Experience and/or Education in Early Childhood Programs, references from families & co-workers from childcare setting.

Please note fingerprinting, CPR training, background check, physical & TB screening are all required of this position as we are licensed by the state.
