Responsibilities
- Lead and train staff on seafood preparation, presentation and customer service best practices.
- Manage daily operations of the retail seafood department, ensuring product quality and freshness of the fish and lobster.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering and receiving products to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to create a high-performing team.
