Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, drama-free, and highly skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about providing the best possible care to our patients. If you thrive in a positive, high-end environment and have a passion for creating amazing patient experiences, this may be the perfect place for you! We are looking for someone to work 3-4 days a week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, including cosmetic dentistry treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared treatment area.
- Offer exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and experience.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
- Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Texas.
- Prior experience in cosmetic or luxury dentistry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end practice.
- A friendly, drama-free attitude and a passion for patient care.
