Salary Range: $33.04 - $56.10

Compensation will vary based on the Nurse Clinician level for which you are hired and is determined based on job requirements, relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.

What You’ll Do
As an RN at HealthPoint, you’ll be a key member of our team providing patient-centered care across various settings, whether in the clinic, via telehealth, or out in the community. Your responsibilities are:
- Partner with providers to deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care
- Educate patients on a wide range of health topics
- Collaborate with our integrated health team partners in social work, care coordination, mental health, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, etc. to provide holistic support
- Support OB/GYN services, phone triage, and follow-ups
- Coordinate patient care with clinic teams, effective communication
- Delegation of tasks to appropriate team members
- Use EPIC EHR, follow protocols and guidelines, accurate chart documentation
- Provide care to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Participate in community outreach efforts
- Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and cultural humility in every interaction
- Critical thinking, problem solving, time management, organization and teamwork
- Attend and participate in team meetings
Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:
Nurse Clinician I:
- Associate Degree (ADN/AAS) in Nursing from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, unrestricted Washington State Nurse Clinician license.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
- BSN preferred.
Nurse Clinician II:
- Associate Degree (ADN/AAS) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted Washington State Nurse Clinician license.
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant nursing experience.
- Relevant nursing certifications.
- Experience providing chronic disease management and patient education.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.

Immunization Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to starting at HealthPoint. HealthPoint does not accept the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine as proof of vaccination. Individuals who received the Johnson & Johnson vaccine must provide documentation of an alternate COVID-19 vaccine or vaccine series.
As a condition of employment, all new hires must provide proof of required immunizations and/or immunity for:
- COVID-19
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Varicella
- Annual Influenza
- TB QuantiFERON Gold titer draw
Employees working in a HealthPoint clinic must also provide proof of:
- Tdap vaccination (within the last 10 years)
- Hepatitis B vaccination (for clinical positions with potential exposure to blood or bloodborne pathogens)
Documentation must be provided before your start date or no later than your fifth (5th) business day of employment. If you are unable to provide documentation, HealthPoint can provide required vaccinations or immunity titers at no cost.
