This is much more than a security position. As a Door Staff Concierge, you are the first impression of the building and play an essential role in providing a five-star experience for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries while maintaining the safety, privacy, and professionalism expected in a luxury high-rise community.

Responsibilities
As a Door Staff Concierge, you will:
- Professionally greet and welcome residents, guests, contractors, and deliveries
- Monitor all building entrances and maintain a secure environment
- Verify guest access according to building procedures
- Assist residents with packages, deliveries, and general requests
- Answer telephones professionally and direct calls appropriately
- Coordinate with property management and emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain detailed incident and visitor logs
- Monitor security cameras and building activity
- Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies
- Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, vendor access, and service appointments
- Maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy at all times
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain welcoming and professional
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and building standards
- Maintain a polished professional appearance while on duty

Luxury hotel, concierge, security, customer service, hospitality, valet, front desk, or residential experience is highly preferred—but we are willing to train outstanding candidates with the right attitude.
Requirements
- Must obtain a PERC Card within 30 days of hire (company assistance provided)
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One year of customer service, concierge, hospitality, or security experience preferred
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to commute to Chicago (Gold Coast / River North)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Weekend, evening, overnight, and holiday availability is a plus
