Responsibilities:
- Engage in face-to-face personal interaction with potential customers to generate leads and set appointments for our Sales Reps
- Convey available product and services to homeowners in-person
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients' specific needs through brief home questions and provide best solutions
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals

Qualifications:
- Be outgoing and motivated to educate homeowners about energy efficiency and help them to take action
- Be a quick learner and able to think on your feet with positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to quickly build rapport with homeowners
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience with canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach, and/or previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Comfortable working with tablets, smart phones and computers
- Able to work light evening and weekend hours
