Brazos Residential Management is hiring a Property Manager who leads with accountability, sets the standard for the team, and delivers results the ownership group can count on. This is a leadership role. You will run the business of your community, from financial performance to resident experience to team development, and you will be the reason your property outperforms. Proven experience managing a portfolio of 600 or more units.
What You Will Own
- Full site operations, including maintenance, marketing and leasing, collections, resident retention, administration, compliance, and expense control.
- Budgeted financial and operational goals, including revenue, occupancy, and expense management, with regular reporting to leadership.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing a team with real bench strength, and building a collaborative culture that retains talent.
- A resident experience that consistently leaves people surprised and delighted, backed by clear priorities and defined KPIs.
- Consistency with BRM core values, policies, and all applicable city, county, state, and federal requirements.
- Early identification of liability risks, incidents, and operational gaps, with solutions, not just observations.
What You Bring
- Two or more years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance.
- Working knowledge of real estate law and the landlord and tenant relationship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Yardi or Rent Cafe CRM experience is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Must have a reliable vehicle to perform various management tasks, property errands, commute to our BRM HQ, properties, and/or events as needed, and any other job-related travel. Must have proof of current registration and liability insurance for the vehicle using as transportation.
