- Maintain, service, and repair residential HVAC systems to company standards—always aiming for a top-tier customer experience.
- Educate homeowners on technical findings and investment choices; present multiple solution paths and help them decide confidently.
- Pressure-test pipe and tubing joints for leaks using a gauge or a soap-and-water solution.
- Verify electrical continuity on circuits and components with professional test instruments.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, and wiring as needed.
- Lead complete, satisfactory installations of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
- Oversee an Assistant Installation Technician—check workmanship, communicate clearly, resolve issues, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years as an HVAC service and installation technician (5+ years preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and EPA Certification.
- Hands-on experience with chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
- Comfort climbing ladders, crawling in tight spaces, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Proficiency in HVAC Service & Installation.
