Duties
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all nursing services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards of care
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Fill in shifts as needed in the field
- Lead training, mentorship, and performance evaluations of nursing staff to foster professional growth and high morale
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care by monitoring clinical outcomes and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Manage relationships with external healthcare partners, regulatory agencies, and community organizations to enhance service delivery
Skills
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and organizational management within healthcare or educational institutions
- Extensive management experience with a focus on leadership development and team building
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
