Our client, a leading organization in commercial facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Technician 3 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 3, you will be part of the maintenance support team, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and supporting client needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $34/hr
What's the Job?
- Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple commercial properties.
- Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Execute work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision.
- Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions that impact client operations.
- Support building envelope maintenance, interior/exterior repairs, grounds, and parking lot systems as needed.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification (required).
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
