We are looking for a respectful, knowledgeable individual who has common sense and a passion for the outdoors and a strong background in the tree care industry. If you have a certification in the following it would be preferred but not a must. Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, ISA Certified Arborist ®, ISA Certified Tree Worker ®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional ® If you are interested and would like to obtain any of these certifications we would be happy to help you obtain this and more! We want to invest in our TEAM members!
What you will do: You will be climbing trees! You will be responsible for leading a crew to safely and productively provide arboricultural care to clients. The ability to identify job site hazards and obstacles is a must! You will take the responsibility to come up with a plan and inspect and delegate equipment and tasks to TEAM members because Together Everyone Achieves More. Removal of hazardous trees will be a regular occurrence. Knowledge and experience in this is a MUST! You will mentor crew members through day in order to help develop more knowledgeable TEAM members because Together Everyone Achieves More! This will give you an opportunity for advancement and continue to carry on the culture that we so deeply believe in, here, at TEAM Contracting Tree Service. You will also be in charge of properly maintaining, preparing, and operating all tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, climbing gear, etc. and reporting any broken or worn-out tools, equipment, and machinery you discover throughout the work day.
