Our technicians play a critical role in keeping operations moving. You'll work on diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment while using modern diagnostics and tools to perform high-quality repairs.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment

Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, drivetrains, brakes, steering, suspension, hydraulics, electrical systems, HVAC, fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and manufacturer service manuals

Perform component replacements, rebuilds, and mechanical exchanges

Conduct equipment testing and road testing to verify repairs

Complete accurate service documentation and repair records

Follow OSHA safety standards and shop safety procedures

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to prioritize repairs and reduce equipment downtime

We’re seeking a technician who is dependable, mechanically skilled, and motivated to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have:

Strong working knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment systems

Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems, including ECMs and body control systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety regulations
-
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and meet repair priorities
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-
Comfort working in a shop environment and outdoor conditions when needed

2–3 years of hands-on mechanic experience (diesel or heavy equipment preferred)

Must provide own tools
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Ability to frequently stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach, and climb

Basic computer skills for service documentation

Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
