Family Behavioral Health Inc. is expanding and seeking a PRP Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help grow our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. This role focuses on building community relationships, increasing referrals, and representing our agency with professionalism and compassion.
We are seeking an energetic and proactive PRP Marketing and Outreach Staff member to join our dynamic team in. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead community engagement initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and foster meaningful relationships with our target audiences. As a vital part of our outreach efforts, you will drive marketing campaigns, coordinate events, and utilize various communication channels to promote our mission and services. Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to schools, clinics, hospitals, shelters, courthouses, mobile crisis centers, and community partners
- Build referral relationships with therapists, case managers, and social workers
- Attend community events and promote PRP services
- Complete weekly outreach goals and documentation
- Assist with client intake coordination
- Maintain positive, professional communication with partners
- Excellent customer relationship building skills to foster trust and loyalty within the community.
- Knowledge of marketing principles with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies.
- Effective face-to-face communication skills combined with exceptional public speaking abilities.
- Strong client communication skills to understand needs and deliver tailored outreach solutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; AA/BA preferred
- Ability to work with youth and/or adults
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable speaking with providers and community organizations
- Marketing or outreach experience preferred (not required)
- Experience in behavioral health preferred (not required)
