American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring arterial line experience and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.

Day/night rotation schedule, 36 hours per week

Critical care setting with advanced hemodynamic monitoring
-
Cares for ventilated patients requiring pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications
-
Performs arterial line management as well as line, tube, and drain care for post-surgical patients
-
PA line placement support and waveform interpretation
-
ICP monitoring including ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs
-
Active NH or Compact RN license required

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only)

Arterial line experience required

Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required

2 professional references from managers required for consideration

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position

Preferred experience includes advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ICP monitoring (SICU/NCCU), and assist with line insertion and maintenance
