- Manage public and municipal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
- Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project financial performance and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with public bidding requirements and prevailing wage regulations
- Coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships
