Well established structural steel fabricator in Perrysburg is hiring a Welder/Fabricator for 1st shift!
Duties:
- Operate flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) equipment to join metals
- MIG Welding
- Inspect workpieces for defects
- Ensuring welds meet specifications
- Clean and prepare metal surfaces
- Set up and maintain welding tools
- Follow all safety protocols
- Other related duties as needed
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of reading structural steel blue prints for fabrication, be highly proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding (welds must be neat and clean, using 1/16 Flux Core wire), and have a high school diploma or GED.
