Pay Range: $17-$22 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs
- Using telephones and/or text messages to contact technicians, field supervisors, and managers
- Preparing daily duties such as schedules and work orders
- Overseeing communications with company assigned territories and municipalities
- Track and route driver locations using specialized software
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and resolve any issues
- Relaying information such as work orders to technicians, field supervisors, and managers
Requirements:
- Dispatching experience is required.
- Outstanding decision-making and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and mostly independent.
- High school diploma/GED

Working Conditions:
This job is located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. Daily use of a computer and phone system is necessary as well as interaction with staff, technicians, and vendors.
