Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Moving Mountains Bx | Las Vegas, NV
Clinic-Based ABA | Full-Time or Part-Time
Come Build Something Meaningful With Us
Moving Mountains Bx is looking for a confident, compassionate, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to be more than someone who simply manages a caseload.
We are looking for a clinician who thinks critically, takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships with their team, and genuinely enjoys being a clinical leader.
At Moving Mountains, we believe excellent ABA requires both strong clinical skills and strong people skills. Our ideal BCBA can analyze data and make thoughtful clinical decisions while also being approachable, personable, and able to inspire the RBTs they supervise.
In return, we want our BCBAs to feel supported too.
Our leadership team is actively involved in the clinic and available for collaboration, problem-solving, and clinical support. We provide paid administrative time, hands-on clinical support, benefits, consistent scheduling, and a collaborative clinic environment so our BCBAs have the resources they need to do their jobs well.
We are growing, and we are looking for someone who is excited to grow with us.
The BCBA We're Looking For
You may be a great fit for Moving Mountains if you are someone who:
- Thinks critically. You don't simply follow a treatment plan—you continuously evaluate whether it is working, why it is or isn't working, and what needs to change.
- Takes initiative. You notice what needs to be done, communicate proactively, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Leads with confidence and kindness. You can give clear feedback, establish expectations, and hold your team accountable while remaining approachable and supportive.
- Is personable and engaged. You build genuine professional relationships with clients, families, RBTs, and coworkers.
- Enjoys developing others. You understand that strong RBT performance often starts with strong BCBA training, modeling, feedback, and support.
- Communicates well. You address concerns professionally and directly rather than allowing problems to grow.
- Is adaptable. You can think on your feet and make sound clinical decisions when a session or behavior does not go according to plan.
- Values teamwork. You are willing to collaborate, ask for another perspective, share your own expertise, and contribute to the success of the clinic as a whole.
- Is motivated by quality. You care about doing excellent clinical work—not simply completing billable hours.
We aren't looking for perfection. We are looking for someone who is engaged, dependable, thoughtful, coachable, and committed to becoming an even stronger clinician and leader.
What You'll Do
As a BCBA at Moving Mountains, you will:
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment programs
- Analyze client data and make thoughtful, clinically appropriate treatment decisions
- Conduct assessments and ongoing treatment evaluations
- Provide protocol modification and direct clinical oversight
- Supervise, train, model for, and provide meaningful feedback to RBTs
- Help RBTs understand the why behind treatment—not simply what steps to follow
- Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families
- Identify barriers to client progress and proactively develop solutions
- Maintain accurate, timely, and payer-compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and clinical leadership on complex cases
- Promote treatment integrity, professionalism, and high-quality client care
- Serve as a positive clinical leader within the clinic
You Won't Be Expected to Figure Everything Out Alone
Being a strong BCBA doesn't mean having every answer.
Sometimes the best clinical decision is asking another clinician to look at a case with you.
At Moving Mountains, our leadership team remains hands-on and accessible. Whether you're navigating a challenging behavior, troubleshooting a program that isn't progressing, coaching an RBT, preparing for a difficult parent conversation, or simply want another clinical perspective, support is available.
Our goal is to create an environment where BCBAs have the autonomy to lead their cases while still having a team behind them when they need it.
We Give You Time to Do the Work Behind the Work
Quality clinical care doesn't happen only during billable sessions.
That's why our BCBA positions include paid administrative time for approved non-billable responsibilities such as:
- Treatment planning and clinical preparation
- Documentation
- Reviewing client programming and data
- Preparing staff training or clinical materials
- Team communication and coordination
- Other approved administrative and clinical responsibilities
We want our clinicians to have designated time and support to stay organized and provide thoughtful care.
Compensation & Benefits
We want Moving Mountains to be somewhere great clinicians can build a career.
Our benefits include:
- Competitive BCBA compensation
- Paid administrative time
- Employer contribution toward medical insurance
- Dental and vision insurance options
- Supplemental insurance options
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Annual Christmas bonus
- Flexible clinic-based scheduling

Why Clinic-Based ABA?
Our clinic-based model allows our clinicians to actually work together.
Instead of spending the day driving from home to home, our BCBAs can observe their clients, model procedures for RBTs, collaborate with other clinicians, respond to clinical needs in real time, and remain connected to the team they supervise.
Our BCBAs also have access to a variety of clinical opportunities, including individual treatment, caregiver training, assessments, protocol modification, social skills programming, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Nevada behavior analyst license or eligibility to obtain Nevada licensure
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively supervise, train, and provide feedback to RBTs
