Fortell is designing better hearing aids for life as it's meant to be heard. Traditional hearing aids make everything louder but they don't do enough to help the brain separate conversation from noise. Fortell uses a custom AI chip to separate speech from noise in real time, amplifying the important speech and attenuating the noise.

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our growing patient base and quickly-scaling remote sales.
This is a part-time role to start (20 hours/week) with potential to scale to full-time in early 2027 as volume grows. The role is on-site based in our office in Soho
You’ll be the first dedicated hire in this function, running it day-to-day and helping shape how it works as we scale. Because we build regulated medical devices, precision and traceability matter here: every shipment has to be right and well-documented.
Order fulfillment: Pull, pack, and ship remote sale orders, warranty and loss/damage replacements, and extra parts and accessories accurately and on time.
Device prep & quality: Prepare and configure devices for remote sales and replacements when a clinician isn’t on site, verifying the physical configuration, adding the right parts, and completing quality checks per our procedures.
Returns & reverse logistics: Generate RMA forms and shipping labels, process inbound returns (standard, warranty, and L&D), and route returned inventory to the right places.
Clinic replenishment: Fulfill weekly clinic restock requests and flag low inventory before it runs out.
Systems & traceability: Work side by side with our support and clinic operations teams out of Salesforce. Log configuration, parts, and device programming accurately on every order, and keep inventory records clean.
Space & process: Maintain an organized fulfillment room, and build and improve the processes as the function scales toward a dedicated fulfillment center.
1+ years in a fast-paced, hands-on operational role. Startup experience is a plus.
You’re meticulous and organized. You catch the detail others miss, and you document as you go.
You’re comfortable with physical work: packing, lifting, and moving inventory
You’re equally comfortable on the computer. You’ll live in Salesforce and pick up new tools quickly.
You have an ownership mentality. You make order out of chaos.
You handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
