We are a woman owned and family oriented motor carrier based out of Louisiana and Mississippi and we have built something we are genuinely proud of. We run OTR freight across the lower 48 and we do it with professionalism, accountability, and heart. Our dispatch team handles everything — brokers, rate negotiations, paperwork, disputes, and communication — so you can focus on one thing: driving. DUTIES:
- Submit BOLs and PODs upon pickup and delivery — same day, no exceptions
- Stay in communication with dispatch at all times during active loads
- Keep your equipment in road-ready condition at all times
- Follow all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations
- Report any incidents, delays, or changes to dispatch immediately
REQUIREMENTS:
- Your own hotshot setup — truck AND trailer required, no exceptions
- Valid Driver's License — Non-CDL accepted, CDL welcome
- Current and valid DOT Medical Card
- Active commercial trucking insurance and non-trucking (bobtail) insurance
- Clean driving record
- Professional communication skills — you must be reachable during active loads
- Ready to run OTR immediately upon completing onboarding
- Comfortable running multiple regions across the lower 48
- No history of cargo claims, load abandonment, or carrier authority violation
