Duties
- Supporting members with their health and personal goals
- Managing leads, follow-up and CRM systems
- Improving membership growth and retention
- Requirements
- Proven experience in community engagement or outreach roles with excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Strong background in media relations, public relations, social media management, and marketing strategies
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Demonstrated project management abilities with organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in relationship management, client communication, volunteer coordination, and community management
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively reach diverse populations
- Knowledge of data collection methods, strategic planning processes, budgeting practices, and social media marketing tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach to foster positive interactions within the community
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
